Registering Your Request

Please register your details and submit your request to us via our online licensing system: www.faberpermissions.com.

This must be done for all of the following types of requests: Anthology and Quotation (Extract) for print or eBook, Audio, Broadcast, Dramatic rights, Musical settings, Photocopy rights, Reading rights, Image use, Artistic and Prop use.

If you aren’t sure whether the format suits the permission, please add in the ‘additional information’ box any further details you would like us to take into consideration when entering the details of your request.

What Happens Next?

We will get back to you with a fee quote and/or the terms on which we can license the material. Our minimum fee for use of a limited amount of material is £75 excluding VAT. Unfortunately, we are unable to grant blanket permissions covering multiple uses, languages and formats on the basis of possible future uses for the material.

Please note that the turnaround time for permissions is 8-10 weeks on average and sometimes longer in the case of more unusual or larger requests where we have to consult with Estates of authors. We will do our very best to ensure your request is handled as quickly as possible, but if you do not hear from us before your deadline, please do not use the material in question. If you require permission, it is because the material is protected under current international copyright law.
