Praise for Max Porter

‘It’s hard to express how much I loved Lanny. Books this good don’t come along very often. It’s a novel like no other, an exhilarating, disquieting, joyous read. It will reach into your chest and take hold of your heart.’

Maggie O’Farrell
Praise for Max Porter

‘A powerful yet tender reclamation of the imagination, love, and artmaking – all of it a brilliant defence of the outsider’s tenuous foothold in society.’

Ocean Vuong, on Lanny
Praise for Max Porter

‘It stunned me, full of beauty, hilarity, and thick black darkness. It will stay with me for a very long time.’

Evie Wyld, on Grief is the Thing With Feathers

Voices rise up, as they might do anywhere, speaking of loving and […]
